This lesson focuses on adding automation to those components, enabling you to move applicants through the process efficiently, qualify them, and disqualify them as needed.

In this module, we'll cover why and how to use automation to hire A players, set up your recruitment playbook, add jobs to your hiring funnel, and configure automated follow-up.

Your recruitment playbook gives you a 30,000-foot view of all communication and follow-up happening within your business. It's a standard operating procedure for hiring, which will be invaluable as you scale.
